Global Tier One supplier Aisin Seiki will participate in the ITS-Detroit 2014 World Congress Belle Isle Demonstration. The Aisin demonstration will showcase human-friendly, mobility supporting child safety technology for the safety of children in crosswalks, parking lots and at home.

The demonstration will show five different mechanisms that promote this goal, including an automatic braking system that detects pedestrians behind the car; remote parking after exiting a vehicle; and pedestrian collision prevention, caused by distracted drivers.

In addition to the Belle Isle Demonstration on Monday, Sept. 8, Aisin will host an exhibit at ITS World Congress at Cobo Center. The exhibit will include Aisin’s latest Intelligent Transport System technology, including the Blind Spot Detection Rear View Mirror, Driver Monitoring System, and the Aisin Hex-Axial Simulator.
