Bluetopia® is Stonestreet One’s implementation of the upper layers of the Bluetooth protocol stack. Bluetopia implements the Bluetooth Protocols and Profiles above the Host Controller Interface (HCI). Bluetopia’s Application Programming Interface (API) provides access to the upper-layer protocols and profiles and can interface directly to the most popular Bluetooth chips from Broadcom, CSR, TI, and others. Bluetopia is also portable across multiple operating systems and processors. Bluetopia has shipped in millions of consumer and enterprise devices.

Bluetopia®+LE is comprised of two distinct offerings to support Dual Mode and Single Mode Bluetooth devices. Dual Mode Bluetooth devices incorporate BR/EDR and Low Energy Bluetooth support in the same chipset and Single Mode devices support only Bluetooth Low Energy. Stonestreet One’s upper level protocol stack that supports Dual Mode Bluetooth Devices is Bluetopia+LE Dual and the stack to support Single Mode devices is Bluetopia+LE Single. This offering is built upon the solid foundation of the Bluetopia protocol stack that is currently shipping in millions of consumer and industrial devices and was first qualified in 2000. Bluetopia+LE Dual combines the standard BR/EDR offering with additional support for Bluetooth Low Energy. Bluetopia+LE Single is based on the legacy Bluetopia, but has been highly optimized to work with the tighter memory requirements of single mode devices.
