Phoebus Design involves designing an SBC with pre-qualified onboard components to operate without failure in extreme temperatures. To be certified under Phoebus Design, each board must undergo a rigorous 5-day testing for operation under extreme temperatures. The test ensures that the selected SBC operates reliably under two extreme environments: -40°C and 85°C. SBC’s with Phoebus Design are perfect for operations in environments where heat, extreme cold or thermal shock are frequent.
